ORDERING
1) Consumer orders
– Click the product you are interested in to show more information about it.
– Select the Format and Quantity of the product
– Click Add to Cart
– Click View Cart to proceed to Checkout options where you will be asked to choose your payment method (Checkout by credit card) or (PayPal)
– Then you will be asked for shipping address and delivery options and Payment method to complete your order.
2) School & Business orders
– You can use the online ordering system on our website to place your order.
– If you have a specific need or you need to place large quantity of orders please contact us.
3) Teaching Labs
If you need more information about the Teaching lab software and prices, please send us a message with your details.
FORMAT OPTIONS:
Most products come in 3 format options. Choose the format that is suitable for you.
1) Digital Download
– Size of the digital download file for each product is specified in each product page.
– Once your order is processed, you will be sent an email within 1 – 24 hours containing the required information on how to download.
2) USB Disc
Product comes in a USB disc format. You can copy the software to your harddrive or run the program from the USB disc directly.
3) DVDROM
Product comes in a DVDROM disc format. Program runs directly from the DVDROM disc. You always need the original disc to run the program. You can not copy the contents of the software to your computer.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
We also accept PayPal. You can also use most credit cards with PayPal.
SECURITY and PAYMENT GATEWAYS
We do not handle any payment ourselves. All payments are handled by external payment gateway providers. We use Stripe Payment Gateway and PayPal.
All shopping orders and transactions are processed using Gateway providers.
SHIPMENT
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched from our disptach centre.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Order over the weekend and we’ll send it on the next working day.
DELIVERY
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
No shipment is required. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email within 1 – 24 hours containing the required information on how to download.
USB DISCS and DVDROM
FREE SHIPMENT – Yes. English Software offers free worldwide shipping with all orders made via our website. Most orders are delivered within 5 – 15 working days.
INTERNATIONAL COURIER – offers speedy delivery within 3 – 7 workings days. There is flat fee of $20 for the worldwide courier delivery service.
